BCHI 2027 CALENDAR PHOTO
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION
PHOTO CRITERIA:
1. All photos must be sent to bchicalendarphotos2027@gmail.com.
2. Photos must be of a BCHI member (s); taken by a BCHI member or taken for
BCHI.
3. Photos can be taken in any state; the main cover photo will only be selected from
an Idaho location.
4. Submitted photos should include various seasons, projects (must show member
in safety gear), and trail maintenance. We would like to include as many photos
as possible that meet the BCHI Mission Statement.
5. Photos MUST be in JPEG format. Please include your chapter name in the
subject line.
6. All photos must be square in shape.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
PHOTOS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 15, 2025.
* All questions must be directed to the established email address.
*Each Chapter can submit 15 PRE SELECTED PHOTOS.
* Photos are to be submitted by ONE designated chapter member.
Any additional photos submitted will not be considered.
*Please DO NOT resubmit any photos that have already been
submitted for previous calendars.
*Photos will only be accepted via email.
**Once the main photos have been chosen, a new request will be sent out for any
additional photos if needed.
